Lot 1

A long, flat plot of land at the entrance to our property, bordering an external, very quiet road and our internal road on two sides. It offers a beautiful view of Tenorio National Park and Nicaragua, and on clear days, even its lake. The land is easy to work with, surrounded on three sides by natural roads, providing good access. It also features a large mango tree and a yellow coconut palm.
If needed, there is the option to divide Lot 1 into two separate plots, with each plot not being smaller than 1 hectare. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in this arrangement.
